Shipping

Ready-to-ship items usually go out within 1 business day of a paid order. Items marked Made to Order are printed after you order rather than pulled from stock — those ship in about 4 days instead.

Every order ships with tracking, and you'll get an email with your tracking number the moment the label is created. We currently ship within the United States.

Returns & Refunds

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever makes sense.

• Ready-to-ship items can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery for a refund (buyer covers return shipping unless the item was defective or wrong).
• Custom and made-to-order pieces are printed specifically for you and are final sale, except for defects or printing errors on our end.

Payments & Privacy

Checkout is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. We keep your name, shipping address, and email only to fulfill and track your order, and to email you about that order.

If you check the "email me about new prints and sales" box, we'll also send occasional updates — you can opt out of those anytime, and it's never checked for you by default.

We don't sell or share your information with anyone outside of what it takes to actually ship your order (our shipping carrier) and process your payment (Stripe).
